I had an Excellent Experience. I wanted a bit of a life style change and Mike and Ryan at Kendall really helped me to do that. Mike was an excellent sales person to work with and Ryan Did everything he could to get me the best interest rate there was. it was fairly quick and painless and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I had been in the market for a GTI for the past year. I had driven to Portland to chase down one last fall, and unfortunately ran into the stereotypical car dealership experience; being told that the deal you saw isn't available anymore, added fees and charges etc... needless to say it left a terrible taste in my mouth. The deal with Kendall couldn't have been more different. Alex was straight forward, forthcoming, and very transparent. It took less than 15 minutes to come up with a deal, and they were very accommodating to adding incentives. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go through Kendall. It sounds cliche', but dealing with them was actually an enjoyable car buying experience. I have had the experience in the past dealing with high end luxury dealerships, and the straight-forward approach Kendall treated me with was better than we had when I went with my friend when he picked up a Bentley.

Last weekend (2/23/19) my wife and I started looking for a used car. We have a baby on the way and my truck isnt exactly kid friendly with its nonexistent back seat. There is no way to get a baby seat in that truck. We started shopping around with a pretty limited budget. When we saw the 2011 Dodge Avenger on Kendall Volkswagen's website we knew we wanted to at least go take a look. Once we decided we wanted the car it was a very easy buying experience thanks to our sales person Joey Magaurn. I really recommend working with him if you want to get a car from Kendall. There wasn't any cheesy sales person persona. Joey was nice and didn't try to press my wife and I into anything we didn't want. We came to look at one car and Joey and the sales team made it possible for us to get that car by negotiating with the banks. I've forgotten the name of the woman who crunched all the numbers with the banks but she deserves a lot of credit too. In the end we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted.We are definitely happy customers! This is the second great purchase experience we've had with a Kendall dealer in Bend.
